I’m Matias Haderspock, an operations leader based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. My work connects logistics, people, and practical technology.

At Yango in Santa Cruz, I lead back-office teams across Activation, Moderation, Call Center, and Support, alongside a network of couriers. We ranked #1 globally in quality metrics from the first month. Before that, I built the Logistics Department at Santa Cruz Services S.A. (Fassil Group) from scratch, led a back-office team of 60, set the Group’s administrative and financial policies for the national supply chain, and managed nationwide last-mile card delivery.
